1/ How can I contact you?

2/ How will I get my order?

All payments whether it is Credit or Debit card, Bank Accounts or Paypal Account funded, are processed by PayPal, except for Hong Kong and Singapore orders where there will be a local bank account for you to debit money into the our local banks. Please go to payment methods for more information on Social Goods Co-Op form of payment. You will then receive a email of dispatch as soon as your order is on it's way - we endeavor to send all orders out within 3 working days although at busy times, such as holiday season, sales period, or special dates this may not be possible so please do allow 7 working days total. Let us know if it's urgent!

All packages are posted out from Hong Kong. Please be aware that our scope of responsibility lies till the parcel is posted out of Hong Kong post office. Please bear in mind if having your order sent to a work address - once its entered into your intenal mail system, responsibility for its security/delivery passes to the buyer. Although every effort is made to make sure you receive your order on time, we are not responsible for delays caused by our delivery partners. 4/ Do you accept non-HK orders?

Yes we do indeed! Just add the item/s you require to your cart and checkout as usual! International postage will be automatically applied. Please be aware that occasionally packages get caught up in customs - any customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.  

Sparknique website default currency is in HKD. You can always go to our default currency website to view the exchange rate. Please always use HKD as a base. Please go to payment methods for more information on Social Goods Co-Op form of payment.

6/ What is your return policy?

7/ How long will it take for my purchase to arrive?

8/ Help! my package has not arrived!

If an item doesn't arrive within 7 working days of you receiving a despatch email from us, then let us know. For international orders, allow 3 weeks and then drop us a line using the contact form.

9/ What is your privacy policy?

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will not share your personal details with a third party company. 

Data are collected by Paypal for the strict intention of processing your order and will not be used for any other purpose, nor will they be disclosed to a third party. As Paypal processes all payments, we have no access to any credit card numbers or bank details at any point. This information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.
