Payment Methods

1/Do you accept any other forms of payment other than Paypal? 

Hong Kong and Singapore orders has the flexibility of paying through local bank accounts for both countries. You can easily transfer in cash via online transaction or through local atm Hangseng Bank & Bank of China in Hong Kong or POSB Savings account in Singapore. When checking out, choose direct transfer to bank for payment, you will be automatically led to a page where all our local bank details be shown. We greatly appreciate that you could transfer the money promptly, so that we could efficiently proceed with your order and send them to you asap.

Other countries besides Hong Kong or Singapore. You are more than welcome to transfer money through our local bank accounts. Bank administrative charges will incur and both charges will need to be paid for by the customer. We will recommend you to use Paypal instead as the administrative charge will be lesser than what the bank offers. 

We also gladly accept Western Union Funds Transfer and Cheques (applicable to HK only). When checking out, choose either of the above options for payment, you will be automatically led to a page where all the nessesary details be shown. We greatly appreciate that you could transfer the money promptly, so that we could efficiently proceed with your order and send them to you asap. For cheques: Your order WILL NOT ship until payment is cleared. This can take up to 3 days, so please order ahead of time if you need your order by a certain date. All bank admin charges for both parties and tax (if incurred) are of the responsibility of the customer.

PLEASE TAKE NOTE: We will ship your order once payment had been cleared, recieved or confirmed by bank. We will only hold an item up to 7 days from the day payment is made. If we do not recieved any confirmation slip/number of your payment within these 7 days, your orders will be put up for sale. Therefore its the customers responsibility to let us know or email us the confirmation slip/number that payment had been made. If not we will not know if you had made payment yet?  For enquiries you can always email us by filling in the our Contact Us form. 

2/What forms of payment do you accept on Paypal?

We gladly accept all kinds of credit cards via paypal. 

3/How Secure is this store? 

Paypal for payments, and Paypal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
